Contract Drafting
Solutions

CLC provides a contract drafting service for other lawyers and to businesses as part of our In-House Counsel Service. This  includes the review and conduct of the negotiation of terms used by the counterparty.

There are fixed fee options from standard terms and conditions for use with consumers, to more complex contractual arrangements involving indemnities, exclusion clauses and the protection of data and IP rights.

CLC has provided a suite of outsourced service contracts for a local authority, the protection of IP rights for a technology company, numerous terms and conditions for suppliers, procurement contracts in aviation as well as joint ventures in data services and licences in IT.

CLC and its members are proud to support a number of leading international PLCs government organisations  and universities in educating contract managers and other professionals in bespoke contract management training programmes. Training and seminars in advanced contract drafting are offered to lawyers at more advanced levels and we continue to partner with leading firms of solicitors.

Our members can offer advice on the enforceability of warranties and obligations, COVID and force majeure,  breach and termination rights.

Throughout 2021 members of CLC are speaking on the impact of Brexit on commercial contracts as well as our usual popular CLC Contract Law Update for non-contentious and contentious practitioners.
